Reservation terms
1. Your reservation
A reservation secures your chosen table or place for The MOSE.ART Dinner Experience on the stated date. The reservation is held in the name you provide at checkout and is confirmed once payment has completed.
2. Transfers
Your reservation may be transferred to another person at any time before the evening. Transfers are by name: let us know the new name, and the reservation and its entry follow that name. The transfer itself costs nothing.
3. No refunds and cancellation
Reservations are final and cannot be refunded. Every contribution is committed directly to the production of the evening: the room, the kitchen, the sound, the performance. As this is a leisure event on a fixed date, the statutory right of withdrawal for distance purchases does not apply. If you cannot attend, a dinner place can be re-named or given to a nominee, or we offer it to a waiting guest; a Show Transition place we resell to a waiting guest and refund once it is filled. Where a reservation combines a dinner table and a VIP place, only the dinner part may be settled in this way; the VIP place is not refundable.
4. The evening
Doors open at 20:00. A Dinner Experience reservation includes the dinner, the live performance, and your table until 22:55; after that, the room becomes the dance floor and tables are released unless Full Night VIP has been reserved. Drinks are not included unless stated.
5. The location
The evening takes place in the heart of Amsterdam. The exact location is shared personally with confirmed guests before the evening.
6. Gifts
Any gift added at checkout is a voluntary contribution to the production and is not a payment for goods or services. Gifts follow the same no-refund principle.
7. Changes by us
In the exceptional case that the evening cannot take place on the stated date, your reservation moves in full to the new date, or, if the new date is impossible for you, is settled personally with you.
8. Photography and media
By reserving you consent to being photographed and filmed during the evening, and to that content being used by MOSE.ART in its documentation, promotion, and marketing across channels.
